OVERVIEW

HEARTY is an app created to support the new mother’s nourishment during and after postpartum. We know how important it is the health of the new mother and also, how easy can be to forget during this time. The application will offer experience professionals who focus on nutrition and specialize in different types of diets and postpartum.

Hearty also offers a wide range of recipes that will help the new mother recovery after birth and keep them nourish and healthy during this new stage of their lives.

PURPOSE AND CONTEXT

HEARTY is a project that was completed as part of Career Foundry’s UX Design certification program. We were asked to create a web app with a mobile-first approach that enables anyone to instantly chat or book a call with an expert.

OBJECTIVE

Create a mobile first application that helps nourish the new mother.

Preference Test

For this test, I decided to present 2 different color options for the landing page.  Before choosing these two designs, I worked with a total of 6 color palette designs, among which these two were chosen to perform the test. I was looking for warm colors that could represent the calm and nourishment that the new mother needs after giving birth.

Design Collaboration

As a last step I gathered feedback from colleagues. People were able to interact with the prototype I made on InVision and I they were able made all comments and leave feedback there.
